低温胁迫下福建山樱花、日本樱花内源激素的变化 被引量:6

摘要 对福建山樱花、日本樱花幼苗进行不同温度处理,测定幼苗叶片中的3种内源激素GA3(赤霉素)、IAA(生长素)、ABA(脱落酸)的含量及ABA/GA3值的变化,探讨低温胁迫下内源激素与抗寒性的关系。结果表明:2个树种15℃处理的GA3、IAA含量均高于对照(25℃处理),ABA含量与对照无显著差异;6、1℃低温处理的GA3、IAA含量显著低于对照,ABA含量、ABA/GA3值显著高于对照。随胁迫时间延长,15℃处理的3种激素无明显变化;6、1℃处理的GA3、IAA含量随时间呈下降趋势,ABA含量、ABA/GA3值基本呈先上升后下降的趋势。2个树种对低温的敏感度是一致的,低温下,日本樱花有着较高的ABA含量和ABA/GA3值,并且GA3含量低于福建山樱花,这可能是日本樱花比福建山樱花耐低温的生理机制之一。 This paper conducted P.campanulata,( Prunus campanulata Maxim.) and P.yedoensis( Prunus yedoensis Matsum.) seed-lings treatments under different temperatures (25℃,15℃,6℃and 1℃),the content of GA3(Gibberellic acid),IAA(indoleacetic acid),ABA(Abseisic acid) and ABA/GA3 were measured in leaves to detect the relationship of cold resistance and the endogenous hormone.The aim of this study was to lay a foundation for resistance breeding of Prunus campanulata.Compared to the control ,both of the two species exhibited higher contents in GA 3、IAA and no significant difference in ABA in the 15 ℃ treatment,while GA3、IAA content were lower and ABA、ABA/GA3 were higher significantly than control under the 6 ℃ and 1 ℃ treatment.GA3、IAA content exhibited a continuous decrease and ABA、ABA/GA3 firstly rose then went down over treatment time under the 6 ℃and 1℃treatment.Under low temperatures ,P.yedoensis seedlings exhibited a lower GA 3 ,higher ABA、ABA/GA3 than P.campanulata, this protection could be a physiological mechanism of cold tolerance ,our research was consistant with the sensitive of the two species to low temperature.
