摘要
采用播种育苗、扦插育苗2种方法,探讨不同的采种、播种时间对种子育苗出苗率、存苗率和苗木生长的影响,及ABT生根粉浓度、浸泡时间对扦插成活率和根长的影响。结果表明:10月28日采种、当年冬播较合适,出苗率和存苗率分别达到72%和52%,比春播分别提高32%和25%;6月21日采集插穗经ABT生根粉100 mg·kg-1溶液处理2 h扦插成活率较高,达27.7%,根长达14 cm。
This paper used seeding and cuttage two methods and studied the effect of harvest and sowing time on seed survival ,germi-nation rate and seedling growth , and the effect of ABT rooting powder concentration , soaking time on cuttage survival and root length.The results showed that:the most suitable seed collection time was in October 28th and the best time for sowing the seeds was winter, the germination rate and the survival rate were higher ,respectively 72%and 52%,increased by 32% and 25 % more than spring sowing;the cuttage survival rate of cuttings in 100mg· kg -1 of ABT rooting powder solution treated for 2h was the high-est,up to 27.7%, root length of 14cm.
