新疆丝路中道汉唐历史遗存现状及保护研究

Research in Current Situation of Historical Vestige and Protection on the Silk Road at Mid-section in Xinjiang

新疆丝绸之路中道是汉唐时期中西文明交流的重要通道,沿途汉唐历史文化遗存丰富。课题组对整个丝绸之路中道的汉唐历史遗存现状进行了调查,分析了其被破坏以致消失的原因及其保护措施,并指出对历史遗存的保护应主要重视审慎处理资源开发和文物古迹保护之间的关系,重视农业开发中文物保护的首要地位,从制度上规范文物、旅游部门的行政职能,走新型工业化之路,减少工业污染对文物的破坏,做好城镇化进程中历史遗存的保护工作,留住城市文化底蕴。

The Silk Road at the mid-section in Xinjiang was an important passage for communication of civilization between China and western countries during the Han and Tang Dynasties,richly deposited in history and culture along the way.The project team involved in the paper makes a survey of historical and cultural resource on the Silk Road at the mid-section,analyses the reasons behind damaged vestiges or their loss and their protection,suggests that the focus of historical and cultural resources protection should be set on the relation between resource development and vestiges and monuments,on cultural-relics protection as priority in agricultural development.Besides,we should regulate system for cultural relics and administrative function in tourism authority to take the road of new-type industrialization to cut down industrial pollution to cultural relics and protect well monuments in urbanization.
