随着数字档案馆理论与实践的探索,如何在以后发展中建立起真正"以利用者为中心"的数字档案馆引起广泛关注。文章拟就数字档案馆发展中的服务体系建设问题进行探究,提出与"刚性发展"对立的"柔性"服务体系。从以利用者为中心的角度,以人为本,提出相关对策,促进数字档案馆的全面发展。
