摘要
档案利用工作是档案工作的主旨,《档案利用原则》的颁布给予档案工作机构和档案工作者重新审视档案利用工作现状和深入探讨利用工作存在的主要障碍以及原因的契机,及其对修正当前档案利用工作的若干启示。
Archives is the theme of the archives work, 'the principle of' archives issued granting agencies archives and archivists reexamine the working status and utilization of the archives and explores main obstacles existed and reasons by the opportunity, and its revision of the archives work by a number of enlightenment.
