水产科技档案是水产科研单位科学研究创新发展的重要组成部分,是一项容易被忽视却必不可少的工作。文章探讨了水产科技档案对科研单位发展的重要价值意义、阐述了科技档案工作开展的一般现状,并提出现实存在问题及相关对策,旨在为水产科研单位的科技档案规范发展提供基础性材料,也在提供一个与其他档案科技工作者交流经验和学习的机会。

As the important parts of innovative developing scientific research in research institute,aquatic science and technology archives is easy to be ignored but absolutely necessary. This paper discussed the signification and value of aquatic science and technology archives, described the current status of archives work, and made some existing problems and suggestions. It aimed at offering the basic information materials for the normative development of science archives in fishery research institute, meanwhile, providing a chance for exchange and study with other archives workers.
