摘要
汽车驱动桥是汽车的关键部件,基于UG和有限元软件,建立了参数化模型,对驱动桥壳体进行了满载下的静力学分析、模态分析以及结构参数的优化.结果表明,该设计方法在相同载荷下设计出的驱动桥壳体比常规设计的壳体重量明显减轻,设计效率显著提高.
Automotive drive axle is an important component of a vehicle. On the basis of UG and finite element analysis software, a parametrical model is established and the static analysis, modal analysis and optimization of structural parameters of drive axle housing have been carried on. The results indicate that drive axle housing designed by this method has obviously lower weight and higher efficiency compared with that designed by the conventional methods.
