摘要
采用平铺与竖插的方式,研究红芽大戟在不同激素组合中的芽分化情况,并研究在不同浓度的NAA及ABT对组培苗生根诱导的影响。结果表明:采用平铺的方式,接种于MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA中芽增殖数最高,为6.98;红芽大戟最佳诱导生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L NAA或是1/2MS+0.1 mg/L ABT,生根率均可达到100%。
Use tiled and vertical inserted inoculated method, we studied the cluster bud differentiationed in different hormone combination medium of Knoxia valerianoides Thorel et Pitard, and studied at the effect of root induction in different concentration of NAA and ABT. The results showed that use the tiled inoculated method, the best bud differentiation medium is MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.5 mg/L NAA, and the number of cluster buds is 6.98. The best root inducted medium is 1/2MS+1.0 mg/L NAA or 1/2MS+0.1 mg/L ABT, and the root induction rate can be get to 100%.
