基于S7-200 PLC的液体混合装置控制系统软件设计及仿真

On the Software Design and Simulation of Controlling system of Liquid-Mixing Device based on S7-200 PLC

利用MCGS建立了液体混合装置的组态界面,控制器采用S7-200PLC.利用S7-200PLC的编程软件STEP7-Micro/WIN进行编程并调试.整个程序采用简单设计法进行设计,分析被控对象的启动、分断和约束条件.在没有PLC的情况下,利用仿真软件进行仿真,仿真结果表明满足工艺要求,验证了程序的正确性.

By using MCGS,the configuration interface of liquid-mixing device is establish,taking S7-200 PLC as controller.Using S7-200 PLC,the programming software STEP7-Micro/WIN is pro- grammed and debugged.By using simple methods,the whole procedure is designed,and the start- ing,breaking and constraints of controlled object are analyzed.In the absence of PLC,the software is simulated,the results of which show that it can meet the technical requirements,verifying the correctness of the programme.
