应用于混凝土水力破碎的超高压五柱塞泵设计

摘要 市政工程混凝土破碎中传统破碎工具存在低效能、高粉尘、高噪音,施工人员劳动强度大等缺陷,难以适应复杂的作业环境。鉴于此,应用超高压五柱塞泵组建立的高压水射流水力破碎装备具有高效能、冷态、安全的优点,破拆时不产生分层、无热聚集、无热影响区、无粉尘污染等优点,可有效提高混凝土水力破碎质量,尤其是在复杂的环境下使用时更安全、更高效,有效解决了钢筋混凝土破拆的诸多问题。 Municipal Engineering Concrete Crusher crushing tools exist in the traditional inefficient,high dust,high noise,construction workers labor intensity and other defects,it is difficult to adapt to the complex operating environment. In view of this,the application of high pressure plunger pump built five high- pressure water jet equipment with high efficiency hydraulic crusher,cold,safety features,ripper does not produce layered,no heat accumulation,no heat- affected zone,no dust pollution etc.. It can effectively improve the quality of concrete hydraulic crushing,especially in complex environments,safer,more efficient,effective solution to the many problems of reinforced concrete ripper.
