摘要 对于总硬度与总碱度之和为260 mg/L的高硬度、高碱度热电厂补充水质,采用PAPEMP、PBTCA、AA/AMPS等单剂配制出具有较好技术和经济性能的全有机型配方。该配方药剂投加量仅为5 mg/L,是原配方用量的三分之一,却可使浓缩倍数由3倍以下提高到5倍以上。经过为期10个月的现场应用表明,该配方药剂不仅解决了凝汽器结垢问题,而且节约药剂用量和补充水量,同时也节约了清洗费用,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。 The water with high hardness and high alkalinity( total amount of 260 mg/L) was used as the supply water for circulating cooling water at thermo power plants. For this kind of cooling water,a model formula has been developed by using single dose of the PAPEMP,of PBTCA,the AA/AMPS,which has good technical and economic performance. The dosage is only 5mg/L,a third of the amount in the original formula,but allows the cycles of concentration increase from 3 times to 5 times. 10-month field application showed that the formula agents not only solve the problem of condenser fouling,but also save the amount of reagent and supply water,and cleaning costs,which has significant economic and environmental benefits.
