摘要
农民收入增长滞缓是困扰农村经济发展的一大难题。影响农民收入增长的原因固然很多,既有经济、文化和自然条件等方面的因素,也有体制性方面的障碍,但只有从体制上才能寻求解决农民收入增长问题的治本之策。
Peasantry income increase logging is a big problem that disturbed the country economic development of course; there are many reasons for affecting peasantry income increase. Some because of economy, culture, nature condition and so on, also because of obstacle to system side. But only from system can search for the essential way to solve the problem of peasantry income increase.
