昆山市周庄镇老年人健康素养影响因素分析

Survey on the influencing factors of health literacy among residents above 60years old in Zhouzhuang town,Kunshan city

目的了解昆山市周庄镇60岁以上老年居民健康素养的影响因素。方法采取整群抽样方法,从周庄镇所有的行政村中随机抽取4个行政村作为研究对象,对每个行政村的所有60岁以上的老年人进行问卷调查。结果影响健康素养的独立因素有文化程度、月平均收入、职业,其中文化程度和月平均收入是保护因素,影响最大的因素为文化程度,农民工的健康素养比其他人群低。结论周庄镇老年人健康素养重点干预人群是低文化程度、低收入以及农民工群体,应鼓励和引导老年人参与健康促进相关活动。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of health literacy of the elderly people who were above 60years old in Zhouzhuang town of Kunshan city.Methods Four administrative villages were randomly selected as the object of study from all administrative villages in Zhouzhuang town,aquestionnaire survey was carried out of all the people who were over 60years old in each administrative villages.Results The independent factors which affect health literacy were education level,the average monthly income and occupation,where the education level and the average monthly income was protective factors,the most influential factor was the education level.Health literacy of migrant workers is lower than other groups.Conclusions The priority interventions of elderly health literacy in Zhouzhuang town was the low level of education,low-income and migrant workers,the elderly should be encouraged and guided to participate in the health promotion related activities.
