摘要
目的了解上海市闵行区新形势下公共卫生人才现况,为政府部门制定有利于提升公共卫生人才培养的相关机制提供依据。方法采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,开展专家咨询、小组访谈以及文献回顾,获取目前公共卫生专业技术人员需求与需要,并对全区各个部门公共卫生专业技术人员的基本情况进行统计分析。结果目前闵行区公共卫生专业人员待遇较低,人员流动大,特别是社区公共卫生专业技术人才缺乏。结论要将闵行区公共卫生人才队伍统一管理,建立人才培养、流动机制。
Objective To understand the current situation of public health human resource under new conditions,and to provide a basis for establishing the mechanism of advancing public health human resource production.Methods With both qualitative and quantitative research methods,statistic analysis was conducted on the current needs and basic information of the public health professional staff in Minhang district in terms of specialist consulting,group interview and literature review.Results Low salary and high staff turnover existed among the public health profession in Minhang.There was a lack of public health professional staff in communities.Conclusion It is essential that the public health human resource production and turnover mechanism be built with unified management.
