A Survey on HIV Antibody Testing Service Utilization among Men Have Sex with Men in Jiading District

目的了解嘉定区男男性接触者(MSM)HIV抗体检测服务的利用状况。方法在嘉定区以滚雪球的方式招募MSM,采用自行设计问卷进行面对面的匿名调查,采集静脉血进行HIV抗体检测。结果过去6个月中,30.1%(46/153)的被调查者存在异性性行为,其中78.3%(36/46)曾有无保护性行为。被调查者平均有同性性伴4.5±6.9个,90.2%(138/153)发生同性肛交,其中70.3%(97/138)存在无保护性行为。37.3%(57/153)的被调查者既往曾进行过HIV抗体检测;在过去两年中,32.7%(50/153)的被调查者参加过检测,平均次数2.0±1.4次。既往不参加检测的理由主要是"不相信会感染艾滋病"、"不知道去哪检测"、"没有和艾滋病感染者发生性关系"和"害怕暴露自己/遭受歧视"。11.1%(17/153)的被调查者确认为HIV-1阳性,其中82.4%(14/17)为首次检测。结论 MSM人群中HIV抗体检测服务利用较差,应加强信息宣传,采取以检测为主的综合干预措施,消除社会歧视,提高检测服务利用水平,降低艾滋病传播风险。

Objective To understand the status of HIV antibody testing service utilization among MSM in Jiading District,Shanghai.Methods Snowball sampling was applied to recruit MSM.Face-to-face anonymous interviews were used to collect information with self-designed questionnaire.Blood was collected for HIV antibody testing.Results Over the past six months,30.1% had sex with women,of which 78.3% had unprotected sex;The average number of homosexual sexual partners was 4.5±6.9,and 90.2% had homosexual anal sex,of which 70.3% had unprotected sex.37.3% had previously tested for HIV and 32.7% participated in the test during the past two years with an average frequency 2.0±1.4.The main reason not to test for HIV was'not believed to be infected with HIV','I do not know where to test','did not have sex with AIDS patients'and 'fear of exposing yourself/discriminated against'.17(11.1%) MSM had detected in HIV positive,of which 82.4% was first detected.Conclusion HIV antibody testing service utilization among MSM is poor.We should strengthen information publicizing,carry out comprehensive intervening measures to emphasize testing,eliminate AIDS-related discrimination to improve detection service utilization levels and reduce the risk of HIV transmission.
