Investigation of Phimosis among Preschool boys in Nicheng Town

目的调查泥城镇幼儿园及看护点学龄前男童包茎情况,了解家长对包茎的知晓率,为进一步做好儿童保健工作提供依据。方法对1,024名男童进行常规外生殖器检查,并对儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果 2013年泥城镇各幼儿园及看护点男童包茎患病率为26.2%,家长对包茎知识的知晓率为62%。结论应加强学龄前儿童家长的卫生意识及包茎相关知识的普及。调查泥城镇幼儿园及看护点学龄前男童包茎情况,了解家长对包茎的知晓率。

Objective To investigate the situation of phimosis for preschool boys at the nursing points and kindergarten of Nicheng Town,to understand the knowledge rate of phimosis among parents,and to provide evidence for making the child health care better.Methods Examination was conducted of conventional external genitalia among 1024 preschool boys,and survey with questionnaire among parents.Results In 2013,the prevalence of phimosis was 26.2% among preschool boys at the nursing points and kindergarten of Nicheng Town.To The knowledge rate of phimosis was 62% among parents.Conclusion The health consciousness and phimosis related knowledge popularization among the parents of preschool children should to been strenghened.
