摘要
磁声发射是铁磁材料在交变磁场作用下产生的应力应变波(弹性波),可做为无损检测内应力的一种新方法。介绍了已研制的磁声发射应力传感器的工作原理、结构及实验结果。
Magnetic acoustic emission (MAE) refer to the generation of stress waves when a ferromagnetic material is magnetized by a varying magnetic field. MAE can be used as a new method for nondestructive testing of internal stress. The woricing principk. Stiuctute properties and test result of MAE stress detector are introduced.
