The expanded enrolment has provided so many opportunities for the development of regional colleges and universities,and at the same time,brought about so many problems to their teaching and learning management. This article is aimed at probing into the teaching and learning management in regional Colleges and universities after the expanded enrolment,trying to put forward some solutions to those problems caused by the expanded enrolment.
