摘要
通过对连接原材料的优选,采用廉价的原料制备出了低成本的高硅氧纤维增强复合陶瓷隔热材料。分析了浸渍复合过程、热处理温度和纤维编织方式对材料性能的影响,并得出了相应的工艺参数。探讨了热流实验下不同连接方式的防隔热结构性能,实验结果表明,胶粘剂连接的防隔热在热流实验中发生破坏,而紧固件连接的防隔热结构通过热流实验考核,结构稳定性和隔热性能均较好,能够满足弹体表面热防护的需求,具有较好的应用前景。
In this paper, low-cost composite ceramic insulation materials were produced by using cheap raw materials, high-silica fiber and ordinary silica sol. The influences of impregnation times, heat treatment temperature and fabric structures on properties of materials were studied. And the best shaping parameters were obtained. In addition, the performance of anti-insulation structures were tested under high temperature flux. The results showed that anti-insulation structure connected by adhesive was damaged under the heat flux test, but the anti-insulation structure connected by fasteners passed the heat flux test, the stability and insulation performance were good, which was able to meet the needs of the elastomer heatproof, and has a good application prospect.
