摘要
介绍了UG数控编程的通用流程,论述了型腔铣的适用范围,提出将型腔铣零件分为型腔类零件和型芯类零件,并分别总结了其在型腔铣数控编程时几何体、切削层、切削方式、切削顺序、进退刀方式等操作参数的设置原则与方法。结合典型实例,分析了型腔铣在航天器复杂结构件粗加工、精加工和过角加工中的应用。
In the paper, the general processes of NC programming in UG is introduced, the application scope of cavity milling is discussed. It is proposed that the parts for cavity milling can be classified into two groups-cavity parts and core-like parts. It is summarized how to set up the operation parameters of geometry, cutting levels, cutting method, cutting sequence, engage and retreat method in cavity milling. Three typical application of cavity milling are analyzed respectively in the rough maching, finish machine and corner-machining about spacecraft complex structural parts.
