半光程差在紧缩场天线型面精度测量中的应用

摘要 通过讨论实际型面与理论型面误差之间的关系,得出基于半光程差与法向误差之间的关系式,将激光跟踪仪采集的法向误差转换成反映电气性能的半光程差,并将其应用到某紧缩场反射面天线的型面检测中。 This paper discussed the relationship of error between the actual surface and the theoretical surface. A formula based on semi-optical path difference and normal error was obtained. The data of normal error from laser tracker were changed to semi-optical path difference reflecting the electrical performance. And it was applied to reflector antenna surface detection for a compact range.
