摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件建立了垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)的富氧燃烧模型,对RDF在富氧和空气气氛下的燃烧产物生产进行了对比,研究了燃烧温度T和过氧系数δ对燃烧产物生成量的影响规律。结果表明:气氛对RDF燃烧后SOx及CO2生成量的影响较小;NOx生成量随燃烧温度T的升高和过氧系数δ的增大而逐渐增大;随燃烧温度T的升高SO2生成量逐渐增加而SO3生成量相应减少,而随过氧系数δ的增大二者呈现相反趋势;当燃烧温度T高于1 200℃时,CO生成量急剧增加,而当过氧系数δ大于1.0时,CO生成量急速减少。
An oxyfuel combustion model of refuse derived fuel(RDF)was established by the Aspen Plus software.The effect of combustion temperature and excessive oxygen coefficientδon product of the RDF oxyfuel combustion was studied.The results showed that:the atmosphere had little influence on SOx and CO2 generation;the NOx generation increased with the combustion temperature T and excessive oxygen coefficientδ;with an increase in combustion temperature T,the SO2 generation increased while that of the SO3 decreased,they showed an opposite trend as the excessive oxygen coefficientδrising;the CO generation increased sharply when the combustion temperature T was higher than 1 200℃but dropped significantly when the excessive oxygen coefficient was larger than 1.0.
