摘要
远离型燃尽风(SOFA)对炉膛出口烟气温度影响较大。在SOFA改造比较成功时,炉膛出口烟气温度是否升高主要取决于SOFA的过量空气系数,当该值超过其临界值时,炉膛出口烟气温度降低,反之则升高。在炉膛出口烟气温度降低时,适当调整SOFA的风量和炉膛出口过量空气系数,会使NOx排放降低,锅炉效率提高。
The separated over fire air(SOFA)has great effect on furnace outlet gas temperature.After the successful SOFA transformation,the furnace outlet gas temperature decreased when the excess air coefficient of the SOFA is larger than the critical value,otherwise,it increased.When the furnace outlet gas temperature dropped,properly adjusting the SOFA volume and excess air coefficient at furnace outlet can reduce the NOx emission and enhance the boiler efficiency.
