摘要 以流化床富氧气化制取煤气的气化工艺为研究对象,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计原理,在单因素实验的基础上,采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析法,建立了流化床富氧气化的二次多项数学模型。以工艺中的煤气热值为响应值作响应曲面和等高线,考察反应温度、氧/碳(O/C)比值、水蒸气/碳(H2O/C)比值对工艺中的煤气热值的影响。结果表明,温度为920℃,O/C比值为0.81,H2O/C比值为1.02时,煤气的热值可达6.15MJ/m3。 The response surface methodology(RSM)and Box-Behnken design(BBD)were applied to study the coal gasification in oxygen enriched atmosphere in a fluidized bed.On the basis of single factor experiment,the three-factor-three-level RSM was employed to establish a quadratic multinomial mathematical model for the oxygen enriched gasification.Regarding the gas heating value as the response value to plot the response surface and contour,the effect of reaction temperature,oxygen/carbon(O/C)mole ratio,and steam/carbon(H2O/C)mole ratio on gas heating value was investigated.Results showed that,the optimum process condition for coal gas preparation by oxygen enriched gasification in fluidized bed was:at 920 ℃,with O/C mole ratio of 0.81and H2O/C mole ratio of 1.02.In this process condition,the gas heating value could reach 6.15MJ/m3.
