摘要
承压部件焊接件质量是影响离心泵产品质量的关键因素之一,但因其零件结构复杂,人为质量影响因素诸多,焊缝质量较难保证;同时由于容易产生各类焊接变形,使其焊接件的尺寸精度与形位公差精度较难保证;同时工程泵又属于典型的小批量多品种生产模式,所以这类大型焊接件质量相对难以管理,始终是各工程泵工厂的质量管理重点与难点之一。本文介绍了一种基于工程泵用焊接件的质量管理模型,通过焊接件质量策划、焊接工艺评定与首件验证、日常质量控制、定期质量改进等4个主要质量控制手段,以确保工程泵用焊接件质量始终受控,并持续满足质量要求。
The pressure containing welding parts quality was one of the key factors to impact product quality of centrifugal pumps, but the welding seam quality was difficulty to control due to the complicate part structure and lots of human factors for welding quality. The precision requirements for dimension tolerance and shape-position tolerance was not easily ensured due to lots of welding deviations during production, and also the typical mass varieties and small batches production model for engineered pumps, this kind of big size welding parts quality was relatively difficult to be managed and always was one of the focus and tough topics for the engineered pump manufacturers. One welding quality management model for engineered pump welding parts was described in this article, and this model included welding quality planning, welding process qualification and first sample verification, routine production welding parts quality control and periodical quality continual improvement to ensure the engineered pump welding parts were always in control and continuously improved to satisfy the expected quality requirements.
