摘要
采用标度拓展法构造判断矩阵的层次分析法,对长江隧道安全设施系统管理水平进行评估。综合隧道工程领域的安全管理专家对同一层次中各指标重要性程度之比的理性判断,运用标度扩展法构造判断矩阵,利用Matlab软件求解矩阵的最大特征值以及对应的特征向量,并最终求得指标体系各指标的权重值。最后将此评价模型应用于南京长江公路隧道,进行方法说明。
The analytic hierarchy process( AHP), in which scale-extending method is used to construct the judgment matrix, is applied to conduct evaluation on the safety management level of safety facilities systems of the Yangtze River Tunnel.Rational judgments from tunnel engineering safety management experts on the ratio of importance degree of each indicator at the same level are integrated, the Matlab software is used for solving matrix eigen value and eigenvector and also the weight value of the indicators of the index system is obtained. Finally the evaluation model is used in safety evaluation of Nanjing Yangtze River Highway Tunnel.
