With the rapid development of economy, the new wave of resource requirements is coming and the contradictions between non-renewable resources and sustainable economic development become acute. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems in the development of resource-exhausted cities of Lengshuijiang, describes the transformation development of this city and puts forward some countermeasures in smooth transformation of resource-exhausted cityies.
