摘要
场(厂)内机动车辆的事故率呈逐年上升趋势。法律法规的不健全、检验检测和监督手段的滞后以及管理方式的盲目性成为事故率居高不下的主因。重点分析了目前我国场(厂)内机动车辆安全监管方面存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。
With the rapid development of economy in China, the number of site vehicles increases rapidly and the accident rate of site vehicles also rises. The main reasons of high accident rate include the imperfect laws, backward testing and supervision methods and unscientific management modes. This paper specially analyzes the main problems existed in safety supervision in site vehicles and provides some corresponding solutions.
