泡沫镍负载TiO_2对砷的吸附和脱附研究

摘要 以泡沫镍为载体,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了负载型TiO2吸附剂,用于对水溶液中砷的吸附和脱附研究。考察了砷在吸附剂上的吸附动力学、溶液pH值对砷在吸附剂上吸附的影响、吸附等温线、脱附和吸附剂的重复利用。实验结果表明,在反应条件下,五价砷和三价砷在吸附剂上的吸附分别在1.5 h和2 h达到吸附平衡;吸附剂分别在溶液pH值为4和8时对五价砷和三价砷有最大吸附;在溶液pH值为7时,吸附剂对五价砷和三价砷的饱和吸附量分别为1.971和1.589 mg/g;在脱附溶液pH值为13.5条件下,吸附剂重复10次吸附后对三价砷和五价砷的去除率超过85%。 TiO2 is successfully prepared on foam nickel substrates by solgel technique and used to study the adoption and desorption of arsenic in solutions.The adsorption kinetics,adsorption isotherm,and desorption of arsenic on TiO2 are investigated,as well as the effect of pHon arsenic adsorption and the reuse of the TiO2 adsorbent.It is shown that the adoption of pentavalent arsenic and trivalent arsenic can reach equilibrium at 1.5 and 2 hours respectively;the maximum adsorption on pentavalent arsenic and trivalent arsenic in solution happenswith pH4 and 8 respectively;when at neutral pH,the saturation adsorption capacity of pentavalent arsenic and trivalent arsenic on TiO2 adsorbent is 1.971 and 1.589 mg/g respectively;the removal efficiency of pentavalent arsenic and trivalent arsenic is still over 85% when the adsorbents are reused 10 times by a basic solution with pHequal to 13.5.
