污水处理厂污泥脱水性能优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以污泥减量化为目的,将污水处理厂浓缩污泥做为研究对象,研究了絮凝剂CPAM、PAC和PAC-CPAM联合使用的三种情况对污泥脱水性能的改善效果。实验结果表明,单独投加PAC、CPAM,最佳投加量分别为4%PAC 8 mL、0.2%CPAM 1 mL,污泥比阻从7.5×1012 m/kg分别降到2.24×1012,2.46×1012 m/kg,含水率分别降到81.2%、80.0%;两种絮凝剂联合使用时,先投加2 mL4%PAC,再投加0.33 mL0.2%CPAM,污泥比阻从7.5×1012 m/kg降到2.32×1012 m/kg,含水率降到76.39%。综合比较,PAC-CPAM联合使用时污泥脱水效果优于单独投加PAC,CPAM。 Aimed at reducing the sludge and making thickened sludge of plant as research object,this paper studies the improvement of the flocculation-CPAM,PAC,PAC-CPAM on the sludge dewatering property.The experimental results show that specific filtration resistance can be reduced from 7.5× 1012 m/kg to 2.24× 1012 m/kg and 2.46× 1012 m/kg respectively and soil moisture can be decreased to 82.2% and 80.0%,under conditions that PAC and CPAMis individually used,the optimum dosage and the concentration of them is8 mLand 1ml and 4% and 0.2% respectively;when the dosage of PAC and CPAM is 2 mL and 0.33 mL respectively,the specific filtration resistance is reduced from 7.5× 1012 m/kg to2.32× 1012 m/kg and the soil moisture can be reduced to 76.39%.By comparison,using PAC-CPAM compound flocculants is better than that using PAC and CPAM alone in the effects of sludge dewatering.
