Study on Influences of New Generation Migrant Workers' Safety Needs on Labor Short in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

随着上一代农民工逐步退出历史舞台,新生代农民工开始成为经济建设的生力军。在经济转型阶段,员工对职业健康安全的需求成为影响"民工荒"的一个重要因素,这与新生代农民工自身的独特性有密切联系。借助演化经济学的理论与方法,构建新生代农民工与中小企业交往的支付矩阵,分析新生代农民工职业健康安全的需求对"民工荒"的影响,确定"不达标,不加盟"为不良锁定,针对"不良锁定"点找出相应对策,从而跳出"不良锁定",为我国经济的健康发展提供建议。

New generation migrantworkers are becoming the core of economic construction,while the oldermigrantworkers quit the stage of history.In the era of economic transition,the unique characteristics of newgenerationworkers have a close contactwith'labor short'.The occupational health and safety needs of the staff has become an important factor of' labor short',making sure that'not standard,joining' is the'bad status'.To find out how occupational health and safety needs of the staff affects'labor short' and jump out the'bad status',this article constructs the paymentmatrixofworkers and enterprises based on the theory and method of evolution economics,providing advices for the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
