摘要
二次供水已经成为各大城市供水系统的重要子系统之一,其在保障城市集中供水安全方面发挥了不可替代的作用。采用事故树分析法对城市二次供水水量水压降低事故进行了分析,编制了事故树,并进行了基本事件重要度分析。结果发现在二次供水设施设计和运营阶段存在一些主要风险源,根据风险源特点提出了一些合理化建议,为相关部门制定城市供水安全保障措施提供借鉴。
Secondary water supply is an important part of water-supply systems,which plays an irreplaceable pole in ensuring the safety of water-supply.In this paper,the fault tree analysis(FTA)method is applied to conduct analysis on the insufficientwater flow and pressure in secondarywater supply,inwhich the fault tree is compiled and the importance degree of the basic events is analyzed.The results show that there existmany major risk sources in the design and operations of facilities of secondary water supply and based on the properties of risk sources,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,providing references for the establishment of safe municipal water-supply measures.
