This paper analyzes the present status of the safety management system construction of the electric power enterprises,puts forward the idea to establish the safety,health and environmental management system and also conducts researches from these respects,such as ideas of construction,main contents,procedures of establishment and key points of implementation,providing guidance for the electric power enterprises to establish the safety,health and environmental management system.
