摘要
转炉产生的炼钢尘泥(钢泥)约含有50%的铁,传统工艺是将其配到混匀料后经烧结、炼铁、炼钢路线进行回收利用。现代工艺多采用造球-中温焙烧工艺经竖炉、炼钢处理。从造球黏结剂的选型、原料结构的调整入手,进行了大胆的生产实践,采用造球-中温焙烧工艺生产钢泥球团。生产试验结果表明,新型添加剂的使用,氧化铁皮的适量配加是可行的,钢泥球团的铁含量、抗压强度均符合炼钢工序的质量要求。成本分析给出使用新型添加剂后钢泥球团生产成本约下降7元/t。能耗分析估算结果显示造球-中温焙烧工艺比传统工艺节能将近60%,约140 kg/t(标准煤/钢泥)。
Steelmaking sludge of converter contains about 50% of iron.Traditional recycling of sludge is that the sludge is added to the mixing material by sintering,iron-making,steel-making route.Pelletizing& moderate roasting process through shaft furnace and steelmaking is used inmodern sludge reutilization processes.In this paper,pelletizing&moderate roasting process in production of steel mud pellets is practiced with a bold hand by selection of binding admixture,adjustment of rawmaterial structure.Production test results show that the new addition use of new bentonite and the right amount of iron scale is feasible,and also the iron content and compressive strength of sludge pellets are complied with quality requirements of the steelmaking process.Cost analysis shows thatthe use of newadditives canmake steel sludge pelletproduction costs reduce about7 Yuan/ton.Estimation results of energy consumption analysis indicates that the amount of energysaving in moderate roasting process is about 140 kg of standard coal/ton,reduction of nearly 60% than that in traditional technology.
