摘要
本研究采用强酸性离子交换树脂,研究了离子交换法处理含镍废水的适用工艺条件及镍回收方法。结果表明:pH为6~7时有利于强酸性阳离子交换树脂对镍离子的去除。离子交换除镍的适宜温度为30℃,适宜流速为15 BV/h。适宜的脱附剂为盐酸,脱附液浓度为10%,脱附液流速为2 BV/h。前4.6 BV脱附液可回用于配制电镀槽液,平均镍离子质量浓度达18.8 g/L。
To treat electroplating wastewater containing nickel, ion-exchange method with strong acid cation exchange resin is studied. The result shows that the optimal removal efficiency can be achieved withwastewater pH6~ 7, 30℃ and flow rate 15 BV/h. The optimal elute is 10% HCl, with flow rate 2 BV/h. The 4.6 BV of starting part elute could be reused as bath solution, in which the average concentration is 18.8g/L.
