摘要
本文从飞行认知能力入手对某校的259名飞行学员进行了飞行综合素质测试,分析独生子女、城乡生源、年级等因素对飞行学员飞行认知能力的影响,测试结果表明被测群体的空间认知能力比较优秀,信息管理能力良好,学习能力一般,城乡生源和是否独生子与认知能力无明显关系,年级的不同对被测群体有一定的影响。建议对飞行学员队伍大范围地开展飞行综合素质测评,全面掌握飞行学员的认知能力、个性特征和心理健康状态;并建立飞行学员心理档案,对同一学员进行长期跟踪,考察各项课程和培训对学员飞行能力的影响程度,从而为优化飞行学员选拔机制奠定良好的基础,为合理安排教学以及培养计划提供有效的支持。
Based on the research for studentpilots in flight comprehensive capabilities,259 students are involved in the test. The effects of some causes on students flight cognitive ability are analyzed,such as single child,urban and rural differences and grade.The results showthat, the students in the tests are good atflight comprehensive capabilities, single child and the urban or rural has no effect on the test results and different grade has a certain influence. It is recommended that the comprehensive flight quality testfor trainees should be conducted in large scope, to fully grasp the cognitive ability, characteristics and psychological health of the pilots; also it is suggested that the psychological archives of the pilots should be established, to conduct long-termfollow-up to the pilots, and investigate the effects of the courses and trainings on flight ability,which can lay a good foundation foroptimizing selectionmechanism of pilots and offer effective supportfor the reasonable arrangement of teaching and training plan.
