摘要
以白炭黑和TiCl4为原料,利用低温水解沉淀方法在白炭黑载体表面负载纳米TiO2,采用煅烧工艺将白炭黑负载的纳米TiO2复合粉体进行晶化,并对煅烧后的复合粉体进行晶体结构和光催化性能的表征。结果表明,700℃煅烧2 h得到的样品,在200 W高压汞灯的照射下,35 min时对罗丹明B的脱色率达到96.23%。
Taking precipitated silica and TiCl4 as raw materials, a kind of coated nano-sized TiO2 composite photocatalysts was prepared by the means of hydrolysis-depositing method. The effect of calcination on crystal structure and photocatalytic activity of the composite photocatalysts was investigated. The results show that the decolorization rate of rhodamine B of the composite photocatalysts calcined at 700 ℃ for 2 h is 96.23% under the irradiation of 200 W Hg lamp for 35 min.
