党员干部要自觉崇尚和践行"为民务实清廉",必须把握为民务实清廉价值追求的内在本质,必须从坚定理想信念、加强制度建设和倡导尽职尽责等三方面有效解决存在的问题,必须从根除"层层加码"、用好"集体办公"和鼓励"敢于担当"等三方面消除可能存在的价值追求变异。

In order to consciously admire the practice of serving the people and being down- to- earth,honest and upright in conduct and conduct accordingly,the Party cadres must grasp its essential nature,must solve problems effectively by being firm in the ideals and conviction,strengthening system building and advocating fulfilling the duties,and must eliminate the possible variations of the value pursuit by getting rid of the phenomenon of raising the quota at each level,making the best use of collective work and encouraging the courage of undertaking responsibilities.
