With the innovation of science and technology as the background,in order to prevent and avoid cultural risks in the process of improving soft power of national culture,we should greatly carry forward excellent traditional and modern culture,improve the localization of high- tech products,strengthen the macro- control of the government and exercise micro- domination of the market, make use of new technology to embody cultural resources and creation,and strengthen the power of embodying values and concepts of local culture.
