[3-(十一烯酰胺基)苯基]硼酸-丙烯酰胺聚合物的合成及对糖分子荧光检测的初步研究

摘要 以[3-(十一烯酰胺基)苯基]硼酸为原料,在氮气保护下,与丙烯酰胺发生聚合反应,生成水溶性聚合物.经红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱测定表明所得聚合产物中确有苯硼酸基存在.聚合产物能够溶解在水中,从而可以在水溶液中进行相关的单糖识别研究. A water-soluble polymer is synthesized through the polymerization of [3-(undecenylamido) phenyl]boronic acid which is got in the first part and acrylamide under the protection of nitrogen.The IR,UV-VIS absorption spectra confirm that there is phenylboronic acid group on the chain of the new polymer.Compared with[3-(undecenylamido) phenyl]boronic acid,we can prepare the related solution only with water as dissolvant.Therefore,the qualitative detection of carbohydrate can be solved by observing the change of color.
