摘要
目的探讨乳腺微小钙化在全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)中的特征,提高乳腺微小钙化对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析48例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌患者的FFDM表现,总结其钙化特征。全部采用GE平板2000D全数字化摄影机检查,常规采用头尾位(CC位)和内外斜位(MLO位),并对微小病变加做放大摄影。结果 48例乳腺微小钙化的患者中,散在分布25例,成簇分布15例,段样及区域性分布4例,弥漫性分布3例,线样分布1例。病理类型,散在分布中以乳腺腺病最多,而在成簇及段样分布中以乳腺癌居多,双乳弥漫性分布为乳腺腺病。结论分析乳腺钙化的特性对乳腺良恶性分析具有重要价值。
Objective To study the features of breast micro- calcifications in full- field digital mammography(FFDM)to enhance the value of breast minute calcification in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 cases of breast cancer patients with FFDM confirmed by operation pathology was done,and its findings were summarized. All of the GE tablet 2000D full digital camera was inspected. Conventional tail bit( CC bit) and external oblique( MLO),and the small lesions with magnifying photography were done.Results In 48 cases with breast minute calcification,25 cases scattered,15 cases clustered,4 cases were in segment and regional distribution,3 cases were in diffuse distribution,and 1 case was in linear distribution. Conclusion Characteristic analysis of calcification in the breast has the important value of benign and malignant breast analysis.
