马来酸桂哌齐特联合川芎嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

Treatment Efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate Combined with Ligustrazine for Vertebral- Basilar Artery Insufficiency

目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合川芎嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将50例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分成两组,治疗组25例给予马来酸桂哌齐特联合川芎嗪治疗,对照组25例单用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组改善脑血管特别是椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合川芎嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate combined with Ligustrazine for Vertebral- Basilar Artery Insufficiency. Methods 50 patients with Vertebral- Basilar Artery Insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(25 cases)were treated by Cinepazide Maleate combined with Ligustrazine,and the control group(25 cases)were treated by Cinepazide Maleate only. The effects of each group were observed after the treatment. Results The efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05);the change of Vm in the treatment group was bigger than that in the control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion It is useful for Cinepazide Maleate combined with Ligustrazine to treat Vertebral- Basilar Artery Insufficiency.
