摘要
目的 探讨16层螺旋CT与DR检查在肋骨骨折应用中的优缺点及应用价值比较。方法 回顾性分析我院2012-08~2013-05间收治的资料完整的胸外伤且被怀疑肋骨骨折的53例患者的DR检查及16层螺旋CT复查影像学资料。结果 53例病例中,DR平片明确诊断骨折37例,疑似骨折9例,阴性7例,共显示骨折178处,其中23处为可疑骨折,5处为陈旧性骨折;16层螺旋CT明确诊断骨折51例,疑似骨折1例,阴性1例,共显示骨折327处,其中33处为隐匿性骨折,11处为陈旧性骨折。结论 在将DR平片作为肋骨骨折的首选检查方法的同时,螺旋CT检查在确诊隐匿性肋骨骨折方面更具优势。
Objective To explore and compare advantages and disadvantages of the application and value of rib fractures under the 16layer spiral CT and DR examination. Methods A retrospective analysis of 53 cases in the hospital from August,2012 to May,2013 data of chest traumasuspected rib fracture cases was retrospectively analyzed through using DR and 16 layers of spiral CT scan. Results In 53 cases,DR plain film diagnosis of fracture of 37 cases,suspected fracture in 9 cases,7 cases were negative,with a total of 178 display fracture,23 suspicious fracture and 5 old fractures; The 16 layer spiral CT diagnosis of 51 cases of fracture,suspected fracture in 1 cases,1cases were negative,with a total of 327 display fracture,33 for the implicit the occult fracture and 11 old fractures. Conclusion The preferred method of examination DR flat is regarded as the rib fracture. Meanwhile CT scan in the diagnosis of the occult fracture of rib has more advantages.
