丁香叶制剂对牙周炎患者外周血TNF-α的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过检测慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗及丁香叶制剂含漱前后的临床牙周指数和外周血肿瘤坏死因子(tumornecrosisfactoralpha,TNF-α)含量的变化,验证牙周基础治疗的有效性,评价丁香叶治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法 80例中重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在牙周基础治疗后,应用丁香叶制剂口腔含漱,观察两组病人牙周指数及血清TNF-α的变化情况。结果治疗12周后,两组患者牙周炎症菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋最大探诊深度(PD)及附着丧失(AL)均有明显改善,组间比较具有显著性差异。结论丁香叶含漱液通过局部治疗牙周炎症,降低了血液中TNF-α的含量,且同PLI、GI、PD及AL呈正相关性。 Objective By detecting periodontal treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis and clove leaf preparation gargle before and after clinical periodontal index and peripheral tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF- α) content changes,to verify periodontal therapy effectiveness evaluation of clove leaves to treat periodontitis clinical results. Methods 80 cases of moderate to severe chronic periodontitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. After periodontal treatment,and the application of clove leaf oral rinse formulations,the serum of patients TNF- α periodontal indices and changes was observed,using SPSS statistical software analysis. Results Periodontal disease PLI,GI,PD and AL are significantly improved. Conclusion Clove leaf gargle by topical treatment of periodontitis disease reduces blood levels of TNF- α and has positive correlation with PLI,GI,PD and AL.
