无痛纤维支气管镜在老年呼吸系统疾病诊断中的应用

Application of Painless Bronchoscopy in Diagnosis of the Elderly with Respiratory Disease

目的探讨无痛纤维支气管镜检查在呼吸系统疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对86例老年患者行无痛纤维支气管镜检查,应用异丙酚、芬太尼复合静脉麻醉行支气管镜检查及活检病理组织学诊断。结果直视下发现异常67例,其中肿物28例,气管狭窄7例,内膜炎症26例,疑似内膜结核6例。对发现肿物部位多点行活检并送病理,行支气管肺泡灌洗液病原学培养28例次,其中阳性病例13例次。结论无痛纤维支气管镜检查在提高呼吸系统疾病诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of the painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of respiratory disease. Methods 86 elderly patients were treated with painless bronchoscopy during bronchoscopy and biopsy histopathological diagnosis intravenous anesthesia with propofol and fentanyl. Results There are 67 abnormal cases under direct vision,including 28 tumor cases,7tracheal stenosis cases,26 endometrial inflammation cases,and 6 suspected endometrial tuberculosis cases. The discoveries of the tumor area multi- points are sent to pathology biopsy. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of 28 cases is cultured pathogen,which include 13 positive cases. Conclusion Painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in improving the diagnosis of respiratory disease has important value.
