64层螺旋CT在肾上腺损伤诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of 64-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Adrenal Gland Trauma

目的探讨64层螺旋CT在肾上腺损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例经临床及影像证实的肾上腺损伤患者资料。20例患者均进行64层螺旋CT扫描,1例患者进行CT动态增强扫描,9例通过后处理工作站对肾上腺进行多平面重建。结果 20例患者均为单侧肾上腺损伤,13例发生于右侧肾上腺,7例发生于左侧肾上腺。肾上腺挫伤5例,肾上腺局限性血肿12例,肾上腺弥漫性出血3例。9例通过多平面重建,使肾上腺解剖结构显示更加清晰,与周围结构分界更加明确。结论 64层螺旋CT具有扫描速度快、图像分辨率高的特点,且能进行多平面重建后处理,对肾上腺损伤的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the application value of 64- slice spiral CT in diagnosis of adrenal gland trauma. Methods Doing retrospective analysis of 20 patients with adrenal gland trauma confirmed by clinical and imaging data. 20 patients were scanned by 64-slice spiral CT,1 case was conducted with dynamic enhanced CT scanning,and 9 cases were carried through multi- planar reconstruction for adrenal gland through post- processing workstation. Results 20 cases were all unilateral adrenal injuries. The right adrenal gland occurred in 13 cases and the left adrenal gland occurred in 7 cases. 5 cases were adrenal bruise. Localized hematoma occurred in 12 cases.Diffuse hemorrhage occurred in 3 cases. 9 cases were carried through multi- planar reconstruction,making the adrenal anatomy and boundary showing more clearly with the surrounding structures. Conclusion The 64- slice spiral CT scanning with quick scanning speeds,high image resolution and post- processing workstation for multi- planar reconstruction has important value on the diagnosis of adrenal gland trauma.
