摘要 学术道德直接影响研究生的培养质量。以江西高校为例调查发现,高校硕士研究生学术道德总体状况良好,但学术道德现状依然不容过分乐观,学术态度心存侥幸,学术失范现象居高不下,这是学校教育、社会环境、个人素养多方面影响的结果。开设学术道德教育课程,完善研究生质量评价体系,强化导师师德师风建设,净化学术环境,拓宽就业渠道是加强硕士研究生学术道德建设的必要举措。 Academic morality directly influences the quality of graduate student training. The survey found that the academic morality of master graduate student in Jiangxi province is overall in good condition. However,the academic morality is still not at expected level and the academic attitude is related with doing by luck, the academic anomie is high and the differences in behavior is great. This is the result of the the multifaceted impact of school education, social environment, personal qualities. In this respect, it is necessary to explore the creation of academic and moral education programs to strengthen the academic and moral construction of the graduate, to improve graduate quality evaluation system, to strengthen the construction of instructors Virtue, to purify the academic environment and broaden employment channels and other related initiatives.
