摘要
积极情绪是一种愉悦的主观体验,能够扩展个体瞬间的思维与行动序列,帮助个体发展和建设个人资源(其中包括人际资源)。文章采用积极情绪量表和人际关系综合诊断量表对大学生的积极情绪和人际关系困扰进行实证调查,研究结果表明,(1)大学生的积极情绪处于中等偏下的水平,其积极情绪在性别上不存在显著性差异。(2)在所调查的大学生中有47.8%人存在一定或严重的人际关系困扰,且大学生的异性交往困扰在性别上存在显著性差异。(3)积极情绪与人际关系困扰的三个维度(人际交谈、人际交友、异性交往)以及人际关系困扰总分均呈显著负相关,而与待人接物困扰不存在显著相关。(4)文科生的积极情绪与待人接物、异性交往困扰均呈现显著的负相关,而理工科生的积极情绪与待人接物、异性交往困扰则没有出现显著的相关性。(5)积极情绪对人际关系困扰的两个维度(人际交谈和人际交友)以及人际关系困扰总分有较好的负向预测作用。
Positive emotion is a kind of subjective experience of pleasure. It can broaden an individual's momentary thought-action repertoire and help people develop personal resources(including interpersonal resources). The study uses Positive affective scales and interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale to survey participants' positive emotion and interpersonal relationship。 Rsults are that:college students' positive emotions is in middle level, and their positive emotions are no significant difference in gender; among investigated college students, there are 47.8% of people in certain or serious relationship, and college students' heterosexual contacts indicate significant difference in gender; Positive emotions and troubled relationships of three dimensions(interpersonal conversation, interpersonal dating, heterosexual contacts) are significantly negative correlation, so is positive emotion and troubled interpersonal relationship total score, but there is no significant correlation between positive emotion and treatment;In terms of arts students, their positive emotion and troubled relationships of two dimensions(treatment, heterosexual contacts) are significantly negative correlation, nor are students' in science and engineering; Positive emotions have better negative prediction function on troubled relationships of two dimensions(interpersonal conversation and interpersonal dating) and troubled interpersonal relationship total score.
