论我国精品视频课程资源共享与利用机制

Improving Mechanism of Sharing and Utilizing Excellent Video Course Resources in China

为解决国内教育资源的供需矛盾及分布不均衡问题,教育部继国家精品课程建设之后提出了国家精品开放课程建设。作为精品开放课程建设的核心,从视频公开课定位、生成、质量、知识产权、学习支持服务、评监体系等方面与国外的视频公开课进行比较。完善我国精品视频课程资源共享与利用机制,应当从以下几个方面着力:把握定位,促进知识共享;突出精品内涵,提高视频课程质量;完善网络共享平台,延伸优化学习支持服务;建立合理的知识产权制度;健全激励与评监机制等。

In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic education resources and distribution imbalance problems, national fine-designed open course construction are put forward by The Ministry of Education after national excellent course construction. As the core of high-quality open course construction, a comparison have been made from the aspects about video open course, such as the orientation,generation, quality, intellectual property rights, system of evaluation and supervision and so on. Measures should be taken to perfect the mechanism of sharing and utilizing excellent video course resources in China such as grasping orientation, promoting knowledge-share, highlighting the excellent connotation, improving the quality of video courses,perfecting the sharing network platform, extending learning-support services optimized,establishing reasonable system of intellectual property rights and improving the incentive and supervisory mechanism.
