某生物骨对小鼠体液免疫影响的研究

摘要 探讨某生物骨对小鼠体液免疫系统的影响。将小鼠随机分为假手术组、生物骨低、中、高三个剂量组和阳性组,各设1周、2周、12周三个时间点,通过ELISA方法检测小鼠血清中IgG、IgM和C3浓度水平。除生物骨植入2周中剂量组血清中C3含量显著增加外,各剂量组在各观察点受试动物血清中IgG、IgM和C3浓度与假手术组相比均无显著差异。BALB/c小鼠体液免疫系统对该种生物骨并未产生明显的免疫反应,提示该种生物骨未对BALB/c小鼠免疫系统的功能造成不良影响。 To study the effects of a biological bone on the humoral immune system in mice.The mice were randomly divided into sham group,low-dose,medium-dose,high-dose group and positive group with treatment of three time point (1 week,2 week,12 week).ELISA was operated to detect IgG,IgMand C3 levels in serum.No significant difference was observed between the sham group and the test group except the 2 week medium-dose C3 group.No obvious immune response is generated by the biological bone in BALB/c humoral immune system,suggesting that the biological bone has no adverse effects to the immune system of BALB/c mice.
